New Design MWIR Continuous Zoom IR Lens 25mm～75mm

The continuous zoom range from 25mm to 75mm enables the lens to flexibly adjust the focal length according to different detection scenarios and target distances. During the detection process, it can easily switch from observing large areas to focusing on specific local areas. It can clearly image gas leakage sources of different sizes and distances. Whether it is a small-scale leakage at a close range or a large-scale gas diffusion at a long distance, it can obtain clear and detailed images.

The mid-wave cooled infrared technology itself has a high temperature resolution and can detect minute temperature differences. In gas detection, many gas leaks are accompanied by temperature changes. This lens can sensitively capture these temperature changes. Even slight temperature abnormalities can be detected, enabling the accurate identification of the location and scope of gas leaks.

When the focal length is adjusted to 75mm, the lens has a long detection range and can perform detection without approaching the gas leakage source. For some dangerous environments or inaccessible areas, such as gas transmission pipelines in high-altitude areas and hazardous chemical storage areas in chemical parks, it can conduct detection from a safe distance, ensuring the safety of detection personnel.

Different gases have specific absorption and radiation characteristics in the mid-wave infrared band. By continuously zooming to obtain infrared images of gases at different distances and regions and combining with spectral analysis technology, the types of gases can be more accurately identified.
